Philanthropy/Grants
As philanthropy is the core value of our organization, the PPJWC is dedicated to supporting our community by hosting numerous fundraising events throughout the year. The great majority of our funds are generated through the Holiday Home Tour. In addition, we host an annual men's Texas Hold Em' Poker Tournament and various other exciting events. We are proud to say that since 2000, we have raised more than $925,000 for our community.

How do we decide which organizations will receive awards and at what amounts?
Each PPJWC member is informed of the applicants and the projects they wish to fund, and an organization-wide vote takes place. Proceeds from the previous year's Holiday Home Tour and Boutique and additional fundraising efforts are awarded annually.
When do grant recipients receive their awards? The first Tuesday in March, chosen grant recipients are awarded with checks from applications received by November 1st of the previous year.
