The Images of America series, published by Arcadia Publishing, celebrates the history of neighborhoods, towns and counties across the country. On November 5, you will have the unique opportunity to meet the authors of local
histories of Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica and Universal City. Jan Loomis, author of Pacific Palisades and Brentwood will discuss these local neighborhoods along with Louise Gabriel author of Early Santa Monica, and Elayne Alexander author of Venice, and Robert Birchard author of Early Universal City & Silent Era Film Making in Santa Barbara.
