Perched atop Hotel Erwin overlooking the Pacific Ocean, High is the premiere Venice Beach open-air lounge, where the nightly sunset is the main event. Relaxing has been made easy with their hand-crafted cocktails, munchies and lighter fare. The hotel formerly known as a Best Western and later the Marina Pacific Hotel has once again transformed into something new. Only this time, it really seems to mean it. With fresh paint and a beachy mod aesthetic--think cute, clean and slightly rock 'n' roll thanks to the rock star photos lining the walls--the beachside haven still keeps things chill.
